Itinerary :
  • Day 1 : Singapore / Manila
    Depart by Philippines Airlines scheduled flight for Manila, one of the oldest cities in Asia, and is Philippines' capital city. Upon arrival at Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal II, meet and transfer to The Pearl Manila Hotel or similar class. Rest of the day free at leisure.
     
  • Day 2 : Manila / Banaue (Breakfast)
    After breakfast, pick up at the hotel at 6.30 in the morning. Take a scenic drive to Banaue via the North Luzon Expressway which takes you through the land locked evergreen provinces of Nueva Ecijia and Nueve Vizcaya passing through long stretch of rice, vegetables, tobacco and sugarcane plantations. Countryside setting such as rice fields surrounding quaint towns and villages are a common sights showing the simplicity of rural living. Make a brief comfort stop at San Jose City for lunch (own expenses) before we continue our journey. Enroute, we also make a stop at Dalton Pass, a historical landmark in Santa Fe, passing by Bagabag's picturesque mountains and rivers before we start to ascend up to Ifugao land. Arrive Banaue in the late afternoon and check-in at 3star Banaue Hotel or similar. The rice terraces of the Ifugao Province which makes up a part of the region around Banaue, are the most spectacular of the Cordillera. Banaue Rice Terrace - acclaimed as the 'Eight Wonders of the World' is a testament to the Ifugao tribesman creativity and resourcefulness Using only primitive tools, they carved out these terraces more than 2000 years ago. They also invented an ingenious irrigation system to keep the field a verdant green.

  • Day 3 : Ifugao Rice Terraces & Village Tour (Breakfast)
    After breakfast, take in the cool freshness of the mountain air before we commerce on your tour by paying a visit to the ancient village of Banga-an which nestled in the panoramic valley of the rice terraces. A 20 minutes walk down a descending trail through the rice paddies permits you a closer look at the Ifugao world. Walk around and mingle with the very friendly natives and visit a typical home to see their way of life. The Ifugao's creativity and hand skills find expression in their ethnic wood carvings, baskets and colurful hand-woven cloths that are an integral part of their households. Stop at a strategic viewpoint for you to admire the amazing rice terraces. Return back to the hotel and rest of the night free for own activities.

  • Day 4 : Sagada / Bontoc Tour (Breakfast)
    This morning, visit the mystical town of Sagada which is often shrouded by clouds and fogs. It has unique mountains scenery dominated by and limestone rock formations that gives the area a mystical aura. Some limestone cliffs are sacred burial grounds dated back centuries, we will stop to see ancient burial caves and its hanging coffins. Next to Bontoc, home to the region's fiercest mountain tribes, who years ago used to behead their rivals. Visit the Bontoc Museum founded by Belgian nuns, this museum houses a collection of photographs, tribal weapons, artifacts and costumed statutes. Note: Tour to Sadaga & Bontoc subject to change due to road and weather permits, we will change to visit the rice terraces in Hapao and Hungduan.
     
  • Day 5 : Banaue / Manila (Breakfast)
    After breakfast, take a leisurely return ride back to Manila. This evening you may wish to visit the popular SM Asia Mall.
    Overnight at the Pearl Manila Hotel.
     
  • Day 6 : Manila /  Singapore (Breakfast)
    After breakfast, free at own leisure until the time transfer to airport for your flight back to Singapore.
