Day 01
: Depart for Osaka

| Meet our tour representative at the JAL counter (Changi Airport,
Terminal 1), two hours before flight departure for check-in
procedures. Then it's off to Osaka, Japan. |

Day 02 : Kobe
Sake Factory - Osaka City Tour - Umeda Sky Building - Osaka
Castle - Shinsaibashi Shopping Street (L/D) |

Upon arrival in Kansai International Airport, we start our
journey to Kobe City. We visit a Japanese Sake Factory to learn
about sake making industry. In the late afternoon, we travel to
Osaka City. Upon reaching Osaka city, we go for a city tour.
Passing by interesting sites that include Umeda Sky Building and
Osaka Castle. Next, lets go shopping and food sampling at the
Shinsaibashi Shopping Streets before returning to our hotel in
the late evening.

Day 03 :
Akashi-Kaikyo Hanging Bridge - Naruto Straits - Ritsurin Park -
Konpira Temple - Kanamaruza (B/L/D) |

After breakfast, our journey begins with crossing Akashi-Kaikyo
Hanging Bridge, the longest suspension bridge and through Naruto
Straits, a place famous for its giant whirlpools.
Arriving at Ritsurin Park, one of the most famous
gardens created by feudal lords in the Edo Period. The
garden is best known for its beautiful pine groves.
Next, travel to Konpira located at Mt Zouzu in the
heartland of Sanuki. Visit the Kotohira shrine also
known as 'Konpira San'. It is famous among seaside
dwellers as they will pray for their safety of their
ships and passengers. Today, our highlight is to
experience making your own Udon. This special Sanuki
Udon, is a famous noodle dish in Japan. After Udon
lunch, visit Japan's oldest surviving kabuki playhouse,
Kanamaruza. Built in 1835, the Kanamaruza in Kotohira is
still infrequently staging kabuki performances. Tonight,
experience traditional Japanese lifestyle by relaxing in
a hot spring available in the hotel (subject to hotel
availability).

Day 04 : Kyoto
Kiyomizu Temple - Nishijin Kimono Show - Heian Shrine - Golden

After breakfast, we travel to Kyoto, the ancient capital of
Japan for more than 10 centuries. Our first stop, Kiyomizu
Temple, a temple of "pure water" dedicated to goddess
of mercy. The main hall (a National Treasure) has a platform,
which commands a panoramic view that one must not miss. To
appreciate the delicate Japanese traditional wear, we are
treated to a Kimono show at the Nishijin Textile Center.
Nishijin district is world-famous for its traditional silk
weaving and is reputable as a place for Japan's
highest-grade textiles. Our next stop is the infamous red
colored Heian shrine. Heian shrine is famous for its beautiful
merry go-round style garden, well known for the beauty of its
weeping Cherry Blossom trees, Japanese iris, and water lilies. Another
majestic architecture that one shall not miss is the Golden
Pavilion Temple, one of Kyoto's best-known attractions. Golden
Pavilion Temple is a three-story pavilion covered in gold leaf
and if on a clear day, the Golden Pavilion shimmers against a
blue sky, its reflection captured in the waters of a calm pond.
Be sure to explore the surrounding park with its moss-covered
grounds and teahouses.

Day 05 : Osaka
Universal Studios - Osaka Hard Rock Cafe

A whole day of excitement awaits you at the thrilling Universal
Studios, armed with your passport for unlimited rides. Through
state-of-art technology, you will experience the thrills of the
world's favorite movies, such as "Jurassic Park",
"ET", "Back To The Future", "The
Terminator" and "Jaws" etc. And don't forget to
shop at the Hard Rock Café.
Accommodation : Kansai Ramada Airport or similar.

Day 06 :
Depart Osaka for Singapore (B)

| Time to say SAYONARA. After breakfast, we will arrange for your
transfer to Kansai Airport for your flight back to Singapore.

Tour
Inclusion
The package / tour
include Economy class air transportation where indicated.
All fares and fare rules are subject to change by the
airlines. Any increase in fare will be added to the tour
price and borne by passenger.

Meal
Meals will be provided as
specified in the tour itinerary.

Hotel Accommodation
All hotel accommodations are on
two persons sharing a twin-bedded room. For passenger
travelling alone, single supplement is chargeable. A maximum
of 3 persons (adult or child) is allowed to accommodate into
1 room. A family of 2 adults & 2 children (below 12 years)
in 1 room are strictly subject to availability & on request
only (as some hotels do not allow 4 passengers in 1 room).

Taxes
Local airport departure taxes and any additional city
development/construction fees imposed by the local government
are not included in the tour price. Gratuity is recommended and
customary.
Programmes, tour prices, services & conditions are correct
as the time of publication but are subjected to revision without
notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances like currency
fluctuations, increase in hotel rates, air fares, local taxes,
etc. Actual prices, programmes, service & conditions will be
given at the time of booking confirmation.

Request For Extension of stay /
Return flight
An extension of stay at the end
of the tour is permitted, subjected to the maximum validity
& air ticket restrictions (applicable to booking with
airfare included as part of the tour fare). Any additional
charge imposed by the airlines or operators will be borne by
tour member. Flight & accommodation reservations during your
extended stay should be made prior to the booking of the
tour. Extensions are at passenger own expense and transfers
will not be provided.

Special
Requests
If
there be any special request regarding special meals, dietary
requirements, adjoining rooms etc, feel free to inform us upon
booking. Such requests are subject to confirmation &
availability. Please confirm your requests with our office at
least 7 days prior to departure.

Group
Size

Tour reserves the right to change the
departure date of any trip, as well as cancel any trip or
optional extension that does not reach a minimum level of
participation. If The Organizer changes a departure date for any
Group Tour to another departure date that departs within 7 days
from the original departure, cancellation penalties as described
in this document still apply should you subsequently decide to
cancel. If The Organizer cancels any optional extension for
which you are booked, cancellation penalties as described in
this document still apply should you subsequently decide to
cancel the base (main) portion of your trip.

Deposit
& Payment
The
following deposit
payment of $500 per person is required upon booking. Please
note that payment of deposit does
not constitute confirmation of tour. Full-payment inclusive
of all taxes are required and paid not
later than 14 days prior to departure after confirmation or
at the time of booking if booking is made within 14 days of tour
departure date. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic
cancellation of your reservation & forfeiture of your
deposit.

Lake
Booking Procedure
Booking made less
than 10 days prior to departure are considered late bookings
and required full payment upon tour confirmation.
-
Visa
/ Passport
Must
be valid for at least 6 months from date of entry into destined country or
countries. Each client shall be responsible for obtaining the necessary
visas required for the tour.
-
Medical
Issue
Medical
advice must be given to The Organizer in writing, at or prior to
booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition, which
may require professional attention during the trip or may
require the use of special equipment. If passenger fail to
disclose any such conditions, The Organizer reserves the right
to refuse to allow passenger to take the trip and passenger will
forfeit the trip cost; and in such event The Organizer shall
have no liability, financial or otherwise.
If
passenger is so challenged, passenger must bring and be
responsible for all necessary items related to their own
condition. If any such condition arises after the trip is
booked, medical advice must be given in writing immediately.
Failure to advise shall release The Organizer and all
professional personnel from any liability related to such
condition or its treatment.
Passenger's
health and safety during tour is The Organizer first concern,
but The Organizer is not
a medical facility. Passenger should be in good health to
participate in Group Tours.
The
Organizer is not responsible for the costs of any medical
treatment that passenger may require during the tour. Under
no circumstances is The Organizer responsible for the
quality of medical care, or lack thereof, passenger may receive
while on the trip.

Cancellation
Policy
Notification
of cancellation of booking must be made
in writing & received by The Organizer to be effective
& to avoid any misunderstanding.
Any
late cancellation will result in administrative
charges of $75
per booking and the following cancellation fees may be levied
accordingly:
Prior
To Departure Date (Including Child / Infant)
More
than 14 days - Forfeiture of
deposit or 20% of total tour fare, whichever is higher
Between
than 14 days till
8 Days - 50% of total tour fare
On
/ Less than 7 days - 100% of total
tour fare
Personal
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
If
cancellation is due to the rejection / non-approval of visas by
the relevant authorities, a full refund of all monies paid will
be made if the result of the rejection is made known to the
Organizer at least 14
working days prior to tour departure. However, an
administrative
fees of $50 /
per person will be imposed.
If
less than 14 days notice is given, the relevant cancellation
charges as stated in this condition will apply. This is
applicable for all parties in the same booking if in the event
that the entire booking has to be cancelled due to only 1 person
whose visa has not been granted & is unable to travel.

Administrative
/ Amendment fee
An
administrative fee
of $50 per person
per amendment will be charged for any
alteration
in the tour package contents upon
confirmation.
All amendments are subject to availability and cannot be
guaranteed. In
addition, the following administrative charges apply upon
issuance
of tickets: キ Change
of flight or date before flight departure -

/ passenger will be charge & passengers must pay any
applicable fare difference that may be incurred.
キ Refund on tickets -
$150
/ passenger will be charge キ Refund on tickets without
flight cancellation - $250

Unused
Tour Arrangements
o
refunds or
exchange
will be made for
any
missed or unused ground services, hotel accommodations or meals
when clients choose not to use the relevant services. Packages
are offered as one rate
and one inclusive packages.

Complaints
Any
complaints/claims have to be made in writing
within
06 days from the date of return. No responsibility is
accepted in respect of any complaints/claims that are made after
06 days return. All claims must be accompanied. Any
and all claims for refunds must be
made
only to the original reservations office.
NO
other person, office, guide, agent or representative is
authorized to promise or to make refunds, or to promise or make
any change or alteration of these Terms and Conditions. All
claims must be made within 06 days following completion of the
tour. To be considered, a claim must be accompanied by
a
written authorization from our overseas agents and/or
hotels.

Itinerary
Changes
The
Organizer reserves the right to alter any route, itinerary &
/ or accommodation without prior notice to passenger if it shall
in its sole & absolute discretion think this fit or in case
of force majeure.
The
Organizer reserves the right to cancel the tour or revise its
contents and service for any of the following reasons : natural
calamity or disaster, weather conditions, civil unrest,
suspension of service rendered by transport or accommodation,
provision of transportation not based on the original
operational plan, governmental orders, or other circumstances
beyond The Organizer's control.
The
Organizer reserves the right to take necessary measures when
safe and smooth tour operation according to the itinerary is
deemed impossible, or when there is a valid reason to believe
that the tour cannot continue. In such cases, The Organizer must
explain in a timely manner its inability to function a safe tour
operation according to the Travel Contract under the
circumstances. The clients may cancel the application and may
receive the full refund.

Liability
And Exemptions
The
Organizer shall not compensate for damages and/or losses
incurred by clients during the tour as stipulated in provision
if any of the following reasons apply:
(a)
Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and alteration or
cancellation of tour itinerary due to such causes. (b)
Cessation of services related to transportation or
accommodation facilities, and tour itinerary alteration or
cancellation owing to such causes. (c)
Orders of either Japanese or foreign governments,
immigration regulations, and isolation resulting from infectious
diseases, and tour itinerary alteration or cancellation owing to
such causes. (d)
Accidents occurring during the client's free activities (e)
Food Poisoning (f) Theft or Loss of passport or other personal item (g)
Delays, changes of schedule and route in relation to
transportation facilities, and tour itinerary alterations and/or
shortened stays at destinations owing to such causes

Right
To Reject
The
Organizer reserves the right
to cancel or withdraw any itinerary or booking made for a
client. The Organizer also has the right to decline acceptance
or retain any member as a member of the tour if it appears that
such person(s) is likely to
endanger
the health or safety, or
impair
the comfort & enjoyment of others while on the tour.

No
Variation of Conditions
These
conditions cannot be altered
or waived except by written agreement between the passenger
and The Company.
