Itinerary :
  • Day 01 : Arrive Los Angeles / Anaheim
    Upon arrival into Los Angeles, you will be transferred by sit in coach to your hotel. Rest of  the day is free at leisure.
     
  • Day 02 : Universal Studios Tour
    An exciting day awaits you as you make your way into Universal Studios where you don't just watch movies but live them! Universal Studios Hollywood has been reinvented for the 21st Century! The all-new tram tour will take you on a one of a kind journey through the world's largest working studio where you'll see the past, present and future of Hollywood come alive. There are also the live shows as well as thrilling rides that add to your excitement of the day.
     
  • Day 03 : Disneyland
    A day of fun filled action at Disneyland. Do not forget to visit Disney Downtown where there are so many shops and restaurants for you to explore.
     
  • Day 04 : Free Day + Medieval Times Dinner
    A day of leisure for you to explore Anaheim and its surrounding area. This evening, enjoy a knight's tale and experience one of Anaheim's most unique dinner attractions - Medieval Times, where you will feast on a fabulous four-course banquet, marvel at the spectacular pageantry, dramatic horsemanship, dangerous sword play, sorcery, romance and colorful equestrian drills. And all the while, you and your friends and family can cheer on your favorite brave knights, who will compete on horseback in daring medieval tournament games, jousting matches and sword fights. The Medieval Times dinner tour is a legendary experience. Its a great way to round off your busy day of sightseeing in Anaheim and Southern California.
     
  • Day 05 : Legoland
    Your day begins with a scenic ride along California's picturesque coastline with its miles and miles of white sandy beaches and unique landscape. Our destination is Legoland in the beautiful seaside community of Carlsbad. The whole family will delight over the wonders of fabulous Legoland, a family theme park for youngsters 2-12, and the first of its kind in the United States. Legoland's 128-acre park is brimming with more than 40 'kid-powered' rides, shows and attractions. Imagine the kick you and your family will get out of speeding along the razor sharp curves and dips of our newest attraction, LEGO TECHNIC Coaster.
     
  • Day 06 / 07 : Depart Anaheim / Los Angeles / Arrive Singapore
    It's time to say goodbye to Anaheim and bring back with you cherishes memories of your USA Vacation. Transfer by sit in coach basis to Los Angeles Airport.

Terms & Conditions :
  • Tour Inclusion
    The package / tour include Economy class air transportation where indicated. All fares and fare rules are subject to change by the airlines. Any increase in fare will be added to the tour price and borne by passenger. 
     
  • Tour Exclusion
    The package / tour / extension prices exclude laundry, room services, unspecified meals or tours, beverages, porterages, excess baggage charge, charges for passport and visa costs, airport taxes, personal & baggage insurance, taxes, tipping & all other items of a personal nature. 
     
  • Hotel Accommodation
    All hotel accommodations are on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room. For passenger travelling alone, single supplement is chargeable. A maximum of 3 persons (adult or child) is allowed to accommodate into 1 room. A family of 2 adults & 2 children (below 12 years) in 1 room are strictly subject to availability & on request only (as some hotels do not allow 4 passengers in 1 room). It is necessary to provide child's age at the time of booking. Triple sharing is based on three persons sharing on existing two beds in a room. Please note that there will not be any extra bedding provided for adult triple share rate. A third (rollaway) bed is available at an additional cost payable directly to the hotel.
     
  • Request For Extension of stay / Return flight
    An extension of stay at the end of the tour is permitted, subjected to the maximum validity & air ticket restrictions (applicable to booking with airfare included as part of the tour fare). Any additional charge imposed by the airlines or operators will be borne by tour member. Flight & accommodation reservations during your extended stay should be made prior to the booking of the tour. Extensions are at passenger own expense and transfers will not be provided.
     
  • Deposit & Payment
    The following deposit payment of $600 per person is required upon booking. Please note that payment of deposit does not constitute confirmation of tour. Full-payment inclusive of all taxes are required and paid not later than 14 days prior to departure after confirmation or at the time of booking if booking is made within 14 days of tour departure date. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation & forfeiture of your deposit.
     
  • Lake Booking Procedure
    Booking made less than 15 days prior to departure are considered late bookings and customer must commit on No Holding basis to accept any available hotel or full cancellation charges applies. Full payment upon reservation.
     
  • Visa / Passport
    Must be valid for at least 6 months from date of entry into destined country or countries. Each client shall be responsible for obtaining the necessary visas required for the tour.
     
  • Cancellation Policy
    Any late cancellation will result in administrative charges of $75 per booking. After voucher/ticket issuance, the following cancellation fees may be levied accordingly:
    Prior To Departure Date (Including Child / Infant)
    More than 15 days - Forfeiture of deposit or 20% of total tour fare, whichever is higher
    Between than 14 days till 5 days - 50% of total tour fare
    On / Less than 4 days - 100% of total tour fare
    Personal Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.  

    If cancellation is due to the rejection / non-approval of visas by the relevant authorities, a full refund of all monies paid will be made if the result of the rejection is made known to the Organizer at least 14 working days prior to tour departure. However, an administrative fees of $50 / per person will be imposed.

    If less than 14 days notice is given, the relevant cancellation charges as stated in this condition will apply. This is applicable for all parties in the same booking if in the event that the entire booking has to be cancelled due to only 1 person whose visa has not been granted & is unable to travel.

     
  • Administrative / Amendment fee
    An administrative fee of $50 per person per amendment will be charged for any alteration in the tour package contents upon confirmation. All amendments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Partially used ticket has no refund value.
     
  • Unused Tour Arrangements
    o refunds or exchange will be made for any missed or unused ground services, hotel accommodations or meals when clients choose not to use the relevant services. Packages are offered as one rate and one inclusive packages.
     
  • Complaints
    Any complaints/claims have to be made in writing within 06 days from the date of return. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaints/claims that are made after 06 days return. All claims must be accompanied.
    Any and all claims for refunds must be made only to the original reservations office.
    NO other person, office, guide, agent or representative is authorized to promise or to make refunds, or to promise or make any change or alteration of these Terms and Conditions. All claims must be made within 06 days following completion of the tour. To be considered, a claim must be accompanied by a written authorization from our overseas agents and/or hotels.
     
  • Liability And Exemptions
    The Organizer shall not compensate for damages and/or losses incurred by clients during the tour as stipulated in provision if any of the following reasons apply:
    • Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and alteration or cancellation of tour itinerary due to such causes.
    • Cessation of services related to transportation or accommodation facilities, and tour itinerary alteration or cancellation owing to such causes.
    • Orders of either Japanese or foreign governments, immigration regulations, and isolation resulting from infectious diseases, and tour itinerary alteration or cancellation owing to such causes.
    • Accidents occurring during the client's free activities
    • Food Poisoning
    • Theft or Loss of passport or other personal item
    • Delays, changes of schedule and route in relation to transportation facilities, and tour itinerary alterations and/or shortened stays at destinations owing to such causes
       
  • Right To Reject
    The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary or booking made for a client. The Organizer also has the right to decline acceptance or retain any member as a member of the tour if it appears that such person(s) is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort & enjoyment of others while on the tour.
     
  • No Variation of Conditions
    These conditions cannot be altered or waived except by written agreement between the passenger and The Company.
