Tour Itinerary (Subject to change)
  • Day 01: Singapore / Taipei (No Meals)
    Upon arrival at Taoyuan C.K.S Airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to the hotel.
     
  • Day 02: Taipei / Yehliu / Chiufen / Yilan Shangrila Leisure Farm-play some traditional games (B/D)
    * Lunch own expenses on Chuifen *

    Yehliu: The natural rock formations of Yehliu (wild willows) are an amazing array of artistic shapes created by erosion and other natural forces.
    Chiufen: A mountain city used to be the center of gold mining, the old streets, built of closely packed houses and exceptional lifestyle of a gold mine village become the screenshots in movies and commercials. The most distinctive site is the streets and houses clinging to the steep mountainsides. Along the street, there are many shops selling famous  country snacks, such as taro ice cream, sweet potato balls, steamed meat/fish meatballs etc. This is a great place to experience the fascinating glimpses into the lifestyles of that of the past. The beauty of Chiufen includes the astonishing ocean and mountain views as well as the old buildings and the abandoned gold mines.
    Shangri-La Leisure Farm: A peaceful and relaxing environment, it has a timeless appeal and is located 250 meters above sea level. The temperature is a comfortable 25°C on average. Shangri-La offers more than just beautiful nature, and you will discover this by walking in the grounds, in the landscaping, tea stands, streetlights, pebble walkways, bird nests and flower beds. Activities will be arranged including wishing-lantern making, hands on sweet dumpling making and other "DIY" activites.
     

  • Day 03: Morning: Fruit Ranch Living Experience / White Rice Clogs Village / Lan Yang National Center for Traditional Arts/ Jiao Si Hot Spring (B/L/D)

    White Rice Clogs Village
    : It's a communal & ecological museum. Visiting and and doing lots of DIY (own expenses) about Clogs.
    National Centre of Traditional Arts: The Fold Arts Park is a multi-functional park that helps promote traditional fold craftsmanship, arts, music, drama and dance. It is also a multi-functional resting place for cultural and educational purposes.
    Jiao Si Night Market: A profound hot springs culture has sprung up here in Jiao Si, and the flatland hot springs are more popular than ever. Locals use the mineral water to grow mineral rich vegetables: a specialty of Jiao Si. It has been a popular tourist destination since the Japanese colonial period. The spring water is clear and tasteless; water temperature being approximately 64°C. The skin will feel smooth after washes as it contains rich mineral substances.
     

  • Day 04: Jiao Si/ Taipei/ Miniature Museum/ Mao Princess's House/ Tamsui Old Street/ Fisherman Wharf/ Shihlin Night Market (B/L)

    Miniatures Musemum of Taiwan
    : With around 200 miniature arts in the museum, you will see various dollhouses and roomboxes in the museum. Also the smallest TV is in the museum as well. Don't miss the amazing trip to the mini world!
    Tamsui: It's a place where the Tamsui River meets the Taiwan Strait. More than just a great place for fresh seafood, nicknamed as the "Eastern Venice", Tamsui plays an important role in history of Taiwanese culture. Hence, Tamsui always provides unexpected surprises and nostalgic ecological environment, creativities of local artists, and coffee culture. Visiting this attractive little town, visitors can enjoy ancient folklores of magnificent wars, a cozy breeze from the river, and beautiful natural scenery. Such a romantic town could be the best place to relax from the hustle and bustle of urban life.
    Fisherman Wharf: You can see one of the famous views "Sunset in Tamsui" from here.
    Shihlin Night Market: Great place of local handicrafts, clothes, toys, tasty local snacks and souvenirs.
     

  • Day 05: Taipei / CKS Memorial Hall / Martyr's Shrine / National Palace Museum / Handicraft Center / Sankeng Tofu Street / 101 Shopping Mall (B/L/D)

    Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall: Is the most impressive monument to the great Chinese Hero. The hall's enormous marble edifice towers over landscaped gardens, graceful pavilions and placid ponds. The bronze statue of the late President Chiang Kai-Shek looks out over the city from the main building.
    Martyr's Shrine: To view an elaborate ceremony of changing guards hourly.
    National Palace Museum: The world's largest assemblage of priceless Chinese art treasures, one which nearly spans Chinese's 5000 year history.
    Sankeng Tofu Street: You can not only taste the delicious Tofu, but also experience the process of Tofu making.
    Shopping Mall: Enjoy your shopping in the tallest building in the world.

     

  • Day 06: Taipei / Singapore (Meal On Board)
    Transfer to  Airport for departure back to Singapore.
