Tour Itinerary

Day 01 Arrival into Toronto

Upon arrival into Toronto, you will be transfer (via sit in coach basis) to your hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure.

Day 02 Hop On & Hop Off City Tour of Toronto

Experience Toronto aboard one of our London-style Open-Top Double Deckers. Our Hop-on-Hop-off Tour runs on a continuous circle from 9:00am until 4:00pm, with most stops at or near all major Hotels in the downtown area. Come join us and let our over 90 years of experience introduce you to the history, and excitement that is Toronto! Downtown Loop: Starting at Nicholby’s, located on the corner of Front and York streets, this loop features 13 stops at local attractions such as the Hockey Halls of Fame, CN Tower, Toronto’s Harbor front, Fort York, St Lawrence Market, the Olympic Spirit, and the Entertainment District. Uptown Loop: Starting at Yonge / Dundas Square on the corner of Yonge and Dundas Streets, this loop feature 11 stops at local attractions such as Casa Loma, Royal Ontario Museum, Bata Shoe Museum, Eaton Centre, Maple Leaf Gardens, and includes stops along Yonge Street and Toronto trendy Yorkville. East End Loop: (Operates from July 1, 2005 through Sept 4th, 2005)Starting from Yonge / Dundas Square this loop features 5 stops in some of Torontoﾕs most popular neighborhoods, such as The Beaches, The Distillery District, Little India, and Torontoﾕs world famous Greek Town. During the winter months we combine both the downtown loop and Uptown loop into one fully narrative city tour, and operate this service with our Trolley Bus.

Day 03 Free Day
A free day for you to explore this beautiful city. You may wish to do some shopping at Yorkville or at the Eaton Centre or perhaps take a Harbor Cruise.

Day 04 Toronto / Niagara Falls
You will enjoy a picturesque commute through the Niagara Region as you make your way into Niagara Falls to view one of the great wonders of the world. Once you’ve arrived at the Falls you’ll enjoy a buffet lunch overlooking at the mighty Falls from the dinning room at the Penthouse Restaurant. After your scrumptious lunch you’ll then check into the Sheraton on the Falls for your two night stay. The Sheraton on the Falls is located in the heart of the tourist district and directly across from Niagara Falls, Sheraton on the Falls features 670 well-appointed guestrooms with the best views of the falls. This full-service hotel offers a casino complex on-site, indoor pool, state-of-the-art Spa and Fitness Centre, shopping concourse and four in-house restaurants, including the spectacular Falls view Penthouse Dining Room. Part of the Falls Avenue 20-acre entertainment complex, with Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, 7,000 sq. ft. Hershey Store, 3D Special Effects Theatres and Shopping boutiques. Day 05 Niagara Falls Sightseeing
Today is your day to explore, and with so much to see and do, youﾕll surely need the day. We recommend that you activate your Niagara Attractions pass and start exploring the selected attractions offered under this program. This would be a great day to enjoy the Niagara Falls helicopter excursion. Overnight in Niagara Falls.

Day 06 Niagara Falls / Toronto
On your final day in Niagara Falls, enjoy the morning on your own prior to being picked up for your return journey home. On your return journey you’ll enjoy photo stops at the Floral Clock and Whirlpool Rapids, drive through the historic community of Niagara-on-the-Lake, and enjoy a stop at a local winery where you’ll enjoy some free wine tasting.

Day 07 Depart Toronto
You will be transferred to Toronto Airport for your flight home.

Terms & Conditions

Final Payment
Final payment of the balance of the cost of the tour price or service is required at least 3 weeks before departure or upon confirmation, whichever is earlier.
Late Bookings
In the event of late bookings of less than 35 days before arrival, the total amount is payable at time of booking.
Cancellation Fees
35 - 15 days notice: 50% package price
14 - 6 days notice: 75% of package price
5 days or less notice: 100% of package price

The following hotels charge 100% cancellation fees if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival : Painter's Lodge (Campbell River), Hudson Bay Lodge, Lake Louise Inn, Whistler Village Inn & Suites, Delta Whistler Village Suites, Pan Pacific Whistler, Crystal Lodge Whistler.
Refunds
There will be no refund for unused services which were reserved at the time of confirmed booking as suppliers would have received payment in advance.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
J3 Travel & our supplier reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Terms & conditions and advise any adjusted pricing due to changes in supplier costs, without notice. However your holiday costs are protected against adjustments or amendments once final payment has been received.
Visas
It is the responsibility of the travel agent and passengers to ensure that they are in possession of the necessary travel documents including a valid passport and visas. No refunds can be made for cancelled trips due to lack of proper travel documentation after final payment.
Travel Insurance
Passengers are advised to purchase insurance prior to their departure from their final destination.
Rooming
Hotel rooming is based on standard room with bath and are on run-of-house allocation of rooms decided by the hotel management.
Triple/ Quad Occupancy
All adult triple and quad occupancy rates are quoted based on using existing bedding only. Rollaway bed will be on availability basis and payment is to be made direct to the hotel.
Hotel Check-In Time
It is standard policy in Canada that hotel rooms are not available for check-in prior to 4p.m.
Children
Child rates are based on children aged under 12 years at time of departure from their initial destination. Tour or hotel accommodation price for a child sharing with two adults is based on using existing bedding. Child paying a twin-share rate and sharing a room with one adult will be allocated a bed.
Tipping/ Gratuities
Hotel service charge and room taxes are included. Porterage is not included unless pre-arranged. However, tipping of USD$2 per person per day is recommended for each person - The driver and guide (if any).
Taxes
Rates include all the relevant taxes.
Responsibilities
J3 Travel not itself a direct supplier of transportation, accommodation and other travel services. It acts as an agent and/or intermediary for the independent suppliers and contractors. J3 Travel assumes no responsibility of liability for any injury, accident or damage due to and loss of any service resulting directly or indirectly from strikes, declared or undeclared government regulations, thefts, failure of means, acts of God, discrepancies or changes over which its has no control. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made when necessary for the comfort and safety of tour participants. The right is also reserved to decline, accept or retain any person as a tour member at any time. All claims against our supplier must be received in writing no later than thirty days after the last day of service.
