Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall / Martyr's Shrine / National Palace
Museum / Mao's Princess's House / Chiufen / Tienlu Handicraft Center
/ Peitou Hot Spring / Shihlin Night Market (Breakfast/Lunch) |
Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall:
Is the island's most impressive monument to the great Chinese hero. The
hall's enormous marble edifice towers over landscaped garden, graceful
pavilions and placid ponds. The bronze status of late President Chiang
Kai-Shek looks out over the city from the main buildings.
Martyr's Shrine: To view an elaborate ceremony of changing guards
hourly
National Palace Museum: The world's largest assemblage of priceless
Chinese art treasures, one which spans Chinese's nearly 5,000 year
history.
Chiufen: To see the old fashioned way of way that still
exists. With the aura of an old mining that still apparent, Chiufen
radiates a variety of emotions. Here you can also try some famous
local dish as is Taro and Sweet Potato Ball etc.
Peitou Hot Spring: In this hot spring season, let's go to
the Greater Peitou area to experience the rustic yet refined hot
spring cultural, and relax your body and soul. First bath for 3-5
mins, and never go in for more than 15 mins each time.
Shihlin Night Market: Great place of local handicrafts, clothes, toys,
tasty local snacks and souvenirs. |

Free all day (Breakfast) |

You can visit friends or your family members who live in Taipei and
also spend your time for shopping around the famous books street,
Kuan Hua Computer Zone, Wu Fan Pu Ready-Made Clothes Plaza, New City
Hall, Core Pacific Shopping Mall or Hsimen Tin. Just enjoy your
shopping in Taipei City.
PS. MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) can reach these places.
Kuan Hua Computer Zone: There are a lot of choices of computer
or computer-related products in low prices.
Wu Fan Pu Ready-Made Clothes Plaza: A place for low price
ready-made clothes shopping.
Miramar Shopping Mall: A new shopping mall, include 3D-IMAX
movie theater and Music Merry-Go-Round. You can also see the view of
Taipei on the Sky Scraping Roll, which is 70 meters tall, same as
30-floor high, and is the second-largest Sky Scraping Roll in Asia.
Hsimen Tin: The most popular shopping area where people will
choose. Just enjoy your shopping here. |
