Day
01 - Arrival - Ho Chi Minh City (D)
Pick up at Tan Son Nhat airport and transfer to hotel for check-in.
Free at leisure. Have dinner at an intimate restaurant. Overnight in
Ho Chi Minh City. |

Day 02 - Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, leave Ho Chi Minh for Cu Chi tunnels. Here
you will have the opportunity to witness how rice paper is made and
to explore the amazing labyrinth of tunnels used by the guerrillas
during the war. Have lunch at local restaurant. Return to Ho Chi
Minh City and have a half day city tour of dynamic Ho Chi Minh City,
still called the Sai Gon by many locals. Visit War museum,
Reunification Place, Notre Dame Cathedral, General Post Office, Ben
Thanh market and the bustling Chinatown. Enjoy dinner at one of the
good restaurant. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City. |

Day
03 - Ho Chi Minh City - Vinh Long - HoChi Minh City (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, take a full day trip to the watery world
of the Mekong Delta, just some hours by road from Ho Chi Minh City.
On arrival, board a motorized boat for a journey to Cai Be floating
market. See how river life goes on, trading between merchant ships
and local farmers. Walk through the village streets and watch locals
making manioc chips. Cruise through the secluded canals where you
stop at a local house of the area to enjoy seasonal fruits and lunch
before the boat takes you to the Mighty Mekong, cruise to other
island for walking, visiting fruit orchards. Back to Ho Chi Minh
City and in the evening, enjoy dinne rat local restaurant. Overnight
in Ho Chi Minh City |
