Day 2 Traveling out of Perth we head to one of Western Australia's finest agricultural regions, the Swan Valley. Passing by the historical town of Guildford we stop for wine tasting at the States Oldest and best=known vineyard, Sandalford Wines. Founded in 1840, today they offer an extensive cellar and wine emporium gift store featuring stunning wine accessories and works by local artists. We then stop at the Swan Valley outlet of the Margaret River Chocolate Factory.
From here we have a close up experience with native Australian animals at Caversham Wildlife Park, where you have the opportunity to fed kangaroos and take photo's of adorable koalas. Around 4pm we arrive for our farmstay at The River Retreat. After you have checked in its time to help feed the animals and collect eggs before enjoying an Australian barbeque dinner. Afterwards, enjoy a torch-light walk to the 'Bush Camp' where you can join in the fun of Billy tea and story telling around an open fire. (Evening program may be modified if weather is not suitable.)

Day 3 This morning enjoy a hearty farm style breakfast, before we feed the farm animals. You must check-out of your room at 10am and then we visit Edgecombe Produce Grower for farm grown fruit and wine tasting and in the harvest season try grape picking (fruits available all year, grapes Dec-Mar only).
We return to The River Retreat for Boomerang throwing or learn how to play the didgeridoo or just browse in the art gallery & gift shop. Maybe you would like to try Supa Gold (mini golf). Following lunch join your personal guide for a short 30minute (500 meter) bushwalk to learn about the native plants and animals found in the area. Afterwards, you have free time to relax in the rural atmosphere, walk around the farm including the small hobby orchard or enjoy the riverbank area. Children also have the option to spend some energy in the playground or pool. At 2pm the transport will pick you up for the return trip to Perth with arrival at approximately 2.45pm.
