Day
1:
Singapore - Kathmandu (Dinner) |
|
Depart Singapore
to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, we will visit the Swayambhunath
Temple, said to be 2500 years stupa on a hillock, which
offers a breath-taking view of Kathmandu City. After that,
transferred to your hotel for check-in. Dinner and overnight
stay in Kathmandu, Marshyandi Hotel or similar. |

Day 2:
Kathmandu - Pokhar by coach (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) |

Depart from Kathmandu to Pokhara by coach. This
lakeside village sits, "front row centre" to one of the
most beautiful Himalayan panoramas in the world. The
Annapurnas and the famous "Fishtial" mountain peak of
Machapuchare Tower over the tropical setting of Pokhara
and the two days we spend there will be the scenic
highlight of your trip. Overnight stay in Pokhara, Meera
Hotel or similar. |

Day 3: Pokhara
- Jomsom by air - Marpha

After breakfast in
the hotel, we take a short drive to airport for your
magnificent 20 minutes flight to Jomsom and an hour easy
trek to Marpha village. Marpha is situated in the inner
Himalayan region of Mt. Annapurna and Mt. Dhaulagiri ranges.
It is one of the most famous villages in this region. Due to
it's picturesque appearances and of course, it's famous
Apple orchards and Apple products. It lies in the
Trans-Himalayan rain shadow zone and therefore stays more or
less untouched by the raging monsoon of the lower ranges.
Like most villages in this region, it inhabitant are
Thakalies (similar to Tibetan) the population of Marpha
village is nearly 1500. Most important economical sources
are agriculture and live-stock farming. The traditional flat
mud roofed houses where little piles of fire wood neatly
stacked with elaborately carved windows. It's long main
spotless flagstones-paved alleys are inviting you for walk
around the village. After lunch, we visit apple farm and
local school and overnight at Marpha village. |

Day 4:
Marpha - Jomsom

After breakfast,
we walk back about an hour to Jomsom. Later in the afternoon
lunch. After lunch, we will take you to village tour and
some apple. Jomsom is district headquarter of Mustang and
straddles the kali Gandaki at an elevation of 2173m above
sea-level. Jomsom will also offer panoramic Mt.Nuligiri
Himalayan views and outlook over the beautiful valley. The
villages that you will come across offer an introduction to
the Nepalese Himalayan people. |

Day 5:
Jomsom - Pokhara by air

After breakfast,
we depart in the morning by air to Pokhara. Check-in to the
hotel. Lunch at Pokhara. After lunch tour of Pokhara valley
also called
"Magic land or
Dreamland" of Nepal, Devi's fall, Mahendra Gupha, include an
hour boating at the Fewa Lake overlooking the region of
Annapurna
range of Himalayas. Overnight stay in hotel. |

Day 6: Pokhara
- Kathmandu - Nagarkot
(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) |

Depart Pokhara to
Kathmandu 200 KL by coach or domestic flight (USD 75
optional).
We would continue our journey to Nagarkot, 2300m above sea-level, this scenic spot,
with a spectacular view of the sunset & Mount Everest can be
seen on a clear day. In the evening, watch the sunset of the
Himalayan at Nagarkot, Hotel Country Villa or similar. |

Day 7: Nagarkot - Kathmandu
(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) |

We will awake to
the beginning of a cold but stunningly spectacular dawn: the
first rays of the sun firing the peaks a hellish red slowly
lighting the Himalayas from Kanchanjunga & Everest in the
far East to the Annapurna & Dhaulagiri in the west. After
breakfast, we will depart for the city tour in Kathmandu,
the capital of Nepal. First, we will visit Patan (Lalitpur)
- which is the oldest of the three major cities in Kathmandu
Valley - famous for its Buddhist Monuments, Hindu temples.
Now we will be on our way to the ancient colossal stupa
which is one of the biggest in the world & the center of
Tibetan Buddhism in the world. It is named the Bouddhanath
Stupa and Swayambhunath Temple, said to be 2500 years stupa
on a hillock, which offers a breath-taking view of Kathmandu
City and you will also be able to see the beautiful sunset.
Dinner will be
served at a local restaurant and you will be free to stroll
around the busy street of Kathmandu. Marshyandi Hotel or
similar. |

Day 8:
Kathmandu - Singapore
(Breakfast) |
|
After breakfast,
free at leisure till your transfer to the airport for your
flight back to home. |
