Upon arrival into
Toronto, you will be transfer (Via sit inc coach basis) to your
hotel. Rest of the day is free for you to explore this
cosmopolitan city of Toronto.

Day 02 Toronto
Hop On & Hop Off City Tour
Experience Toronto
aboard one of our London-style Open-Top Double Deckers. Our
Hop-on-Hop-off Tour runs on a continuous circle from 9:00am
until 4:00pm, with most stops at or near all major Hotels in
the downtown area. Come join us and let our over 90 years of
experience introduce you to the history, and Excitement that
is Toronto! Downtown Loop: Starting at Nicholby’s, located
on the corner of Front and York streets, this loop features
13 stops at local attractions such as the Hockey Halls of
Fame, CN Tower, Toronto’s Harbor front, Fort York, St
Lawrence Market, the Olympic Spirit, and the Entertainment
District. Uptown Loop: Starting at Yonge / Dundas Square on
the corner of Yonge and Dundas Streets, this loop feature 11
stops at local attractions such as Casa Loma, Royal Ontario
Museum, Bata Shoe Museum, Eaton Centre, Maple Leaf Gardens,
and includes stops along Yonge Street and Toronto trendy
Yorkville. East End Loop: (Operates from July 1, 2005
through Sept 4th, 2005) Starting from Yonge / Dundas Square
this loop features 5 stops in some of Toronto’s most popular
neighborhoods, such as The Beaches, The Distillery District,
Little India, and Toronto’s world famous Greek Town. During
the winter months we combine both the downtown loop and
Uptown loop into one fully narrative city tour, and operate
this service with our Trolley Bus.

Day 03 Toronto /
Niagara Falls (Travel by VIA RAIL)
This morning make your
way to the train terminal and travel VIA RAIL to Niagara Falls.
Upon arrival into Niagara Falls, you can exchange your Voucher
for the Niagara Park Pass (at the Visitor’s Centre located
opposite the Maid of the Mist). This pass will entitled you to
the People Mover (Transport), Incline Railway, and admissions to
the following attractions: Butterfly Conservatory, Journey
Behind The Falls, Maid of the Mist and White Water Walk. This
evening enjoy a Romantic Dinner at the Table Rock Restaurant
where you will have an excellent view of the fall while enjoying
your dinner.

Falls
Another day for you to
explore the falls. You may wish to visit the IMAX Theatre or one
of the many wineries located near the Niagara On The Lake or

Day 05 Niagara Falls
/ Ottawa
Make your way to the
train station and travel VIA RAIL to Ottawa, the Capital City Of
Canada. Upon arrival check into your hotel and the rest of the day
is for you to explore Ottawa. You may wish to visit Parliament
Hill and take a guided tour into the Parliament (FOC) or visit the
Museum of Civilization or the War Museum. Overnight in Ottawa.

Another day for you to
explore the Capital City – Ottawa. Perhaps you may wish to spent
some time at the Byward Market or visit the Casino at Lac Leamy to

Montreal
This morning, find your
way to the train station and take the VIA RAIL to Montreal. Upon
arrival into Montreal, check into your hotel and it’s time to
explore this beautiful French City in the Quebec Province.
You may wish to do some
shopping at the famous St Catherine’s Street . And do not forget
to check out the Latin Quarters of St Denis where there are many
restaurants and pubs for you to spent the evening.

A complete
tour of the City, taking in over 200 points of interest, including
a photo stop at the Notre Dame Basilica, St. Joseph's Oratory,
residential and financial districts, Old Montreal, French Quarter,
outside view of Olympic Site, McGill University and a panoramic
view from an observation point on top of Mt. Royal.

Quebec City
Depart by VIA RAIL to
Quebec City. Historic Québec was named a
UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1985. From the top of its imposing
ramparts down to the mighty St. Lawrence, Québec City, the only
fortified city north of Mexico, is your invitation to plunge into
a colorful pageant of history. Here you may wish to explore the
Upper and Lower City on your own or perhaps take a cruise on the
St Lawrence River.

Terms & Conditions |
- Final Payment
Final payment of the balance of the cost of the tour price or
service is required at least 3 weeks before departure or upon
confirmation, whichever is earlier.
- Late Bookings
In the event of late bookings of less than 35 days before
arrival, the total amount is payable at time of booking.
- Cancellation Fees
35 - 15 days notice: 50% package price
14 - 6 days notice: 75% of package price
5 days or less notice: 100% of package price
The following hotels charge 100% cancellation fees if cancelled 30
days or less prior to arrival : Painter's Lodge (Campbell River),
Hudson Bay Lodge, Lake Louise Inn, Whistler Village Inn & Suites,
Delta Whistler Village Suites, Pan Pacific Whistler, Crystal Lodge
Whistler.
- Refunds
There will be no refund for unused services which were
reserved at the time of confirmed booking as suppliers would have
received payment in advance.
- Changes to Terms & Conditions
J3 Travel & our supplier reserve the right to withdraw or
amend the Terms & conditions and advise any adjusted pricing due
to changes in supplier costs, without notice. However your holiday
costs are protected against adjustments or amendments once final
payment has been received.
- Visas
It is the responsibility of the travel agent and passengers to
ensure that they are in possession of the necessary travel
documents including a valid passport and visas. No refunds can be
made for cancelled trips due to lack of proper travel
documentation after final payment.
- Travel Insurance
Passengers are advised to purchase insurance prior to their
departure from their final destination.
- Rooming
Hotel rooming is based on standard room with bath and are on
run-of-house allocation of rooms decided by the hotel management.
- Triple/ Quad Occupancy
All adult triple and quad occupancy rates are quoted based on
using existing bedding only. Rollaway bed will be on availability
basis and payment is to be made direct to the hotel.
- Hotel Check-In Time
It is standard policy in Canada that hotel rooms are not
available for check-in prior to 4p.m.
- Children
Child rates are based on children aged under 12 years at time
of departure from their initial destination. Tour or hotel
accommodation price for a child sharing with two adults is based
on using existing bedding. Child paying a twin-share rate and
sharing a room with one adult will be allocated a bed.
- Tipping/ Gratuities
Hotel service charge and room taxes are included. Porterage is
not included unless pre-arranged. However, tipping of USD$2 per
person per day is recommended for each person - The driver and
guide (if any).
- Taxes
Rates include all the relevant taxes.
- Responsibilities
J3 Travel not itself a direct supplier of transportation,
accommodation and other travel services. It acts as an agent
and/or intermediary for the independent suppliers and contractors.
J3 Travel assumes no responsibility of liability for any injury,
accident or damage due to and loss of any service resulting
directly or indirectly from strikes, declared or undeclared
government regulations, thefts, failure of means, acts of God,
discrepancies or changes over which its has no control. Reasonable
changes in the itinerary may be made when necessary for the
comfort and safety of tour participants. The right is also
reserved to decline, accept or retain any person as a tour member
at any time. All claims against our supplier must be received in
writing no later than thirty days after the last day of service.
