1 – ARRIVE MUNICH
On arrival at Munich airport there are complimentary transfers to the tour hotel at 09.00 & 13.00hrs.
Tonight, before dinner, you are invited for a Welcome Drink.

DAY 2 – MUNICH
Our orientation
tour of Munich ends at the Marienplatz, home of the
traditional Christkindlmarkt. In the glow of the twinkling
lights that adorn the towering Christmas tree, we soak up the atmosphere and
explore the gaily lit stalls selling a range of festive goods. (Buffet Breakfast)
DAY 3 – MUNICH –
SALZBURG
Departing Munich, we
cross the border to Salzburg in Austria. On arrival, our
guided walking tour takes us through the Mirabell Gardens and
we see Mozart's Birthplace. Now we follow the old town's
narrow lanes to the Christmas Market in the shadow of the
domed cathedral. Hotel: Castellani Park hotel. (Buffet
Breakfast, Dinner)
DAY 4 – SALZBURG
Today we travel to Innsbruck, capital of the Austrian Tyrol. We visit the ornate Wilten Basilica before continuing into the heart of the Old Town.
Time here to browse among the Christmas Market stalls
set up around the giant Christmas tree, next to the Golden Roof.

DAY 5 – SALZBURG
– VIENNA
We enjoy a fine view of
the Mondsee as the highway carries us eastwards. We see the Monastery
of Melk before following the scenic Wachau valley. We
pass the ruined castle of Durnstein, before reaching Austria's
great Imperial capital, Vienna. Hotel: Vienna Hilton. (Buffet Breakfast)
DAY 6 – VIENNA
We tour Vienna's ring
road before driving out to visit glorious Schönbrunn Palace -
a spectacular backdrop for a Christmas village. Tonight, we enjoy a
Highlight Dinner at a local restaurant. (Buffet Breakfast, Specialty
Highlight Dinner)
DAY 7 – VIENNA
Transfers
arrive at Vienna Airport at 07.00 and 09.00 hours. (Buffet Breakfast)
