ITINERARY

DAY 1 – ATHENS AT LEISURE

On arrival at Athens Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Tonight, join your fellow travellers for a Welcome Drink. Hotel: Metropolitan.

DAY 2 – ATHENS – CRUISING

Begin your guided tour of Athens, Your sightseeing tour this morning delves deep into the glorious history of Athens. Highlight of the tour, of course, is a visit to the Acropolis. Admire the Parthenon, built to the honour of the goddess Athena and still amazing in its grace, despite the loss of the Elgin Marbles. Then see the Temple of Zeus and Hadrian’s Arch. Why not join your fellow travellers for a night out with dinner and entertainment? In the afternoon, board your cruise ship.  (Buffet breakfast, dinner, Supper)

DAY 3 – CRUISING – ISTANBUL

Enjoy the cruise ship’s facilities as you cruise through the Dardanelles to arrive early evening in Istanbul. (Full breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Supper)

DAY 4 – CRUISING – ISTANBUL

A full day to explore this exotic city! As evening falls, cruise along the Bosphorus to start an overnight voyage (Full breakfast, Lunch, dinner, Supper)

DAY 5 – CRUISING – MYKONOS

After a pleasant morning’s cruise, arrive at the pretty island of Mykonos, with its white washed windmills overlooking the harbour. After some time to explore you set sail again late evening. (Full breakfast, Lunch, dinner, Supper)

DAY 6 – CRUISING – KUSADASI

Arrive early at the island of Patmos, where St. John the Divine received his vision of the Apocalypse. Later, dock at the Turkish port of Kusadasi, - maybe visit ancient Ephesus? Tonight enjoy a Greek Evening and Dinner. (Full breakfast, Lunch, Specialty Highlight Dinner, Supper)

DAY 7 – CRUISING – RHODES

A whole day is set aside for you to explore Rhodes, the ‘Island of Roses’, at your leisure. Meet the Captain at dinner tonight. (Full breakfast, Lunch, dinner, Supper)

DAY 8 – CRUISING – SANTORIN

The morning is devoted to Heraklion on the island of Crete - site of the ruins of King Minos’ Palace of Knossos. Later, depart for Santorini, an island famous for its white cuboids houses that cling to the volcanic cliff face above. (Full breakfast, Lunch, dinner, Supper) 

DAY 9/10  –  ATHENS AT LEISURE

Disembark and return to your Athens hotel for time at leisure. (Full breakfast) 

DAY 11 – ATHENS

There are transfers to the airport. (Buffet breakfast)
