Terms & Conditions |
Hotel Accommodation :
- All hotel accommodation are on two
persons sharing a twin-bedded room. For passenger travelling alone,
single supplement is chargeable. A maximum of 3 persons (adult or
child) is allowed to accommodate into 1 room. A family of adults &
2 children (below 12 years) in 1 room are strictly subject to
availability & on request only (as some hotels do not allowed 4
passengers in 1 room). It is necessary to provide child's age at the
time of booking. Triple sharing is based on 3 persons sharing on
existing two beds in a room. A third (rollaway) bed is available at an
additional cost payable directly to the hotel. Consecutive stay is
required for all hotel category.

Deposit & Payment :
- A deposit of $600 per person is required
upon booking. Please note that payment of deposit doest not constitute
confirmation of tour. Full payment inclusive of all taxes are required
and paid not later than 14 days prior to departure after confirmation
or at the time of booking if booking is made within 3 days of tour
departure date.

Cancellation :
- The following cancellation fees may be
levied accordingly Prior To Departure Date
More than 15 days - Forfeiture of deposit or 20% of total tour fare,
whichever is higher
Between 14 - 5 days - 50% of total tour fare
On / Less than 4 days - 100% of total tour fare

Administrative /
Amendment Fee :
- An administrative fee of $50 per person
per amendment will be charged for any alteration in the tour package
contents upon confirmation. All amendments are subject to availability
and cannot be guaranteed.

Unused Tour Arrangements
:
- No refund or exchange will
be made for any missed or unused ground services, hotel accommodation or
meals when clients choose not to use the relevant services. Package are
offered as one rate and one inclusive package.

Liability &
Exemptions :
- The organizer shall not compensate for
damages and/or losses incurred by clients during the tour as
stipulated in provision if any of the following reasons apply:
1. Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and alteration or cancellation
of tour itinerary due to such causes.
2. Cessation of services related to transportation or accommodation
facilities, and tour itinerary alteration or cancellation owing to
such causes.
3. Orders of either Japanese or foreign governments, immigration
regulations, and isolation resulting from infectious diseases, and
tour itinerary alteration or cancellation owing to such causes.
4. Accident occurring during the clients free activity.
5. Food poisoning.
6. Robbery, theft or Loss of passport or other personal item.
7. Delays, changes of schedule and route in relation to transportation
facilities, and tour itinerary alterations and/or shortened stays at
destination owing to such causes.
