How to Use Your Pass |
- Always have your pass
VALIDATED prior to your first train trip in Europe.
- Do NOT validate it
yourself.
- Passes are issued on
IDENTITY, not to be used by any other person.
- The Flexi Passes have
a schedule with boxes to fill in the date of travel. Always fill in the
boxes yourself before embarking on the train.
- Passes are actual
travel documents and do not need to be exchanged.
- When taking an
overnight train leaving after 7 pm, please fill in the next day of travel
in your Flexi Passes. Travel days would have to be within the validity of
the pass.
- There are FREE BONUS
and DISCOUNTED BONUS that entitle you to reductions with every pass your
purchase. When you use a FREE BONUS, you will have to use a day of your
pass. A DISCOUNTED BONUS will not utilize any day of your pass.
- When using a Saver
Pass, there is no need for all the persons to travel together. Yet those
who do travel should have the pass with them. Two groups cannot make
separate journeys simultaneously.

Refund |
- France'n Switzerland Pass must be
presented unused and not validated for refund
- An 83% refund applies to totally unused
passes returned within 1 year of issuing date
- France'n Switzerland Pass are not
refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or partially used

- Switzerland features 2 main networks: the
“basic” and the “Swiss Travel System”
- Basic network includes all major railway
connections and boat companies to major cities and tourism areas plus
different bonuses within Switzerland.
- Swiss Travel System network includes the
basic railroads, urban transportation system, postal buses and the main
mountain railways/cable cars.
France'n Switzerland Pass covers the
“basic network” and provides special prices for the Famous Glacier
Express (pass holders are entitled to 35% discount on Glacier Express
