Eurostar 2006 (Valid for sale from 01 Aug 2006 until further notice)

EUROSTAR crosses the Channel Tunnel and runs at speeds of up to 186mph (300km/h) on high speed lines in France and Belgium. Clients board the train in the centre of London and arrive in the centre of Paris 2 hours and 35 minutes later or  in the centre of Bruxelles 2 hours 20 minutes later.

Please remember:
- Flexipass holders will NOT have to use one day of validity from the pass.
- Eurostar tickets to Brussels are valid to any Belgian station. Passengers can travel on one ticket for this journey.
- Pass needs to be validated prior to boarding Eurostar.
- Customers are not allowed to purchase a First class Passholder fare with a Second class pass except holders of Eurail Pass Youth or Eurailpass Select Youth
 
Remarks

Exchange and Refunds
  • Special cancellation fees apply to some fares
  • Exchange and refund policies vary depending on the type of fare purchased
  • Refunds, when authorised, can only be performed in the issuing country within 2 months from Train's Departure Date
  • For Business Premier & Flexible fare, full refund or exchange is possible, until 2 months after the train's departure date.
  • Exchanges can only be performed in Europe at any Eurostar Station (Paris Nord, London Waterloo International Bruxelles Midi, Ashford International, Calais-Frethun). This is valid before and until 2 months after the travel date for fully exchangeable tickets (Business Premier/Full Fare) and ONLY before departure fate for Child / Passholder / Senior / Youth and Leisure Flexi. The customer goes to check-in via the manual booth.
Check-in & boarding procedures
  • Leisure Select and Standard Class Clients must check-in at least 30  minutes before the departure of the train or will not be allowed to board Eurostar
  • A last minute check-in for Business Premier clients is available 10 minutes before departure time.
  • Client must not forget immigration documents and passport (identity card, passport, visa if necessary) to permit entry into the destination country
Immigrations
  • Passport, baggage and security checks will take place at the Eurostar Terminals and/or on board the train during the journey.
  • If client is not a citizen of the European Union, he is required to fill in an Immigration landing card for entry into the UK. These are made available in the Eurostar terminals and on board the train.
Unaccompanied Minors
  • Under 12's must be accompanied by a competent person over the age of 18
  • 12-17's may travel alone provided they have a full, valid passport or identity card issued in their own name and are in possession of either a hand-written letter of consent from a parent or guardian, witnessed by an official person, or a completed Unaccompanied Minors Consent Form.
  • The completed Unaccompanied Minors Consent Form must be handed to a member of Eurostar staff at check in.
  • Eurostar does not operate an unaccompanied minor service. Any minor aged 12-17 inclusive must have in their possessiono throughout their journey the written consent of their parent or legal guardian. Children under 12 cannot travel alone.

  • A selection of complimentary magazines is available
  • High quality meals served at the seat (according to the time of travel)
    - Breakfast until 11am: choice of hot or cold continental breakfast
    - Lunch from 11am to 2pm: 3 course menu
    - Afternoon meal from 2pm to 4:30pm three course meal consisting of starter, a light hot main     course, and pastries served with tea/coffee. Customers have the option to have pastries with tea/coffee only, if a full meal is not required.
    - Dinner from 4.30pm from Paris/Bruxelles and from 4 pm from London: four course menu with a choice of two main dishes.
  • Air conditioned
STANDARD CLASS (2nd Class)
Eurostar Standard Class offers comfort and convenience:
