General Conditions |

All fares are quoted
in EUR and are based on per person. Subject to change at time of booking.

All passes are subject to an issuance fee of EUR4 per person.

Conditions of Use |
- Passes must be validated
within 6 months of issuing date by a railway official in one of the firve
countries part of the European East pass, who also fills in the passport number.
- Passes must be validated
prior to boarding the first train.
- The date of travel has to be
entered in the correct way before boarding the first train/ship, by the
traveler, in the corresponding box of the calendar
- 7.00pm rule: if an overnight
train starts after 7.00pm on a validated European East Pass, the passholder
must enter the next day's date on the pass, provided it falls within the
validity of the pass.

Refund |
- European East Passes must be presented
unused and not validated for refund
- An 85% refund applies to totally unused
passes returned within 1 year of issuing date
- European East Pass are not refundable and
cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or partially used

Eligible Party |
- People with a permanent residence outside
of Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria and Hungary (for more than
6 months) are eligible to purchase or use an European East Pass.
