Hotel rates shown in our web are indicated rates only, based on per room per night basis.
Prices are subjected to changes without prior notice and prices are not guaranteed until confirmation is acknowledge by hotel upon booking.
J3 Travel will not be responsible for any errors or omission regarding prices or other information.
Prices are subject to surcharges during peak and holidays periods.
All bookings are to be prepaid in exchange for our hotel, tour or transfer voucher and should be presented to the hotel/supplier upon check-in/arrival.
One night room rate will be charged for no-shows and for booking cancelled less than 3 working days unless otherwise stated. Subsequent nights will be automatically cancelled for no shows. Guaranteed bookings are subject to a one night charge or full stay charge where applicable.
You are not required to make payment for the booking immediately. However, should you cancel your bookings after it has been booked, you will be liable to pay a penalty of one night accommodation charges. (penalty charges are base on the hotel's policy).
Room availability are not guarantee until booking is confirmed and payment made out to J3 Travel in full.
J3 Travel will not hold any responsibility for last minute booking.
For local Customers, booking must be made at least 5 working days prior to departure date.
For overseas Customers, bookings via e-mail must be at least 7 working days prior of departure date.
