included of Goods & Service Tax (GST%), unless otherwise
stated.
- Frequent Flyer
/ Travelers Points are not applicable to rentals on Avis
Escape rates.
- Cancellation
fee is applicable for booking done through us.
- Unless
otherwise stated on the following is
Included: Unlimited Mileage, Collision Damage Waiver
(CDW), Theft Protection (TP) if applicable, Airport
Surcharge if applicable, Goods & Service Tax (GST) included
if applicable.
Excluded: Petrol / refueling charge, Additional Insurances/Waivers,
Government Surcharges, City Surcharges, Additional Driver
charges, Special Equipment charges.
- Should the
current tax legislation be revised, or Avis' operating costs
increase due to the introduction of any tax revisions, Avis
reserves the right to amend Avis Escape rates and all
charges.
