Terms & Conditions

• Fares shown are on return economy class and do not include all applicable taxes & surcharge.
• Compulsory 2 nights stay in Hong Kong on the return journey only.
• Ticket must be issued by 31Dec'07 or according to airlines stipulate dateline, whichever is earlier.
• All travel must depart from Singapore on/before 31Dec'07.
• Once flight reservation has been confirmed, booking of hotel must be done within 3 days.
• Once reservation has been made, all ticket must be issued within 14 days.
• Child Discount is Not applicable for above promotion.
• This promotion is not allowed to be used together with other CX promotion offers.
• Not eligible for FFP mileage accrual except "V" class of travel. No FFP accrual on AA & BA sectors.

Refund & Amendment Charge

• Fully unutilised tickets are refundable but subject to penalty charge.
• Cancellation 7 days before departure are strictly no refund value.
• Partially used ticket are non refundable.
• Any amendment after ticket issuance is subject to amendment charge.
• No show fee: Once passenger no shows on a booked flight or hotel stay, there will be no refund. The hotel voucher will be cancelled and considered null and void.

Routings

• All routings must go via Hong Kong.
• For the CX/BA fares, routings are via London.
• For the CX/AA fares, West and Central Zone are via either Los Angeles or San Francisco.
• For the CX/AA fares, East Zone are via either Los Angeles or San Francisco or New York.
• For long haul sectors either London or Los Angeles/San Francisco/New York, they must be closed to CX.
• No backtracking is allowed.

Stopover & Surcharge

• For the entire routing, only one Hong Kong stopover is allowed on the return leg of the journey, unless there is no same day connection for China sectors (eg Ningbo, Swatow).
• Compulsory 2 nights stay in Hong Kong on the return journey.
• One Bangkok stopover is allowed with a surcharge of S$150.
• Open jaw is allowed with a surcharge of S$150, based on the highest applicable fare between 2 destinations, but only within the same region. Even for common rated destination, surcharge of S$150 still applies.
• There is no surcharge for those specified China open jaw routings as shown in the fare table.
• Maximum of 2 additional US cities within the same zone is allowed with a surcharge S$250 for each city.
